It’s always hard to handle the first two months following summer. Back to work, back to our every day routine and back to reality. Whilst my body is losing its tan, my mind overthinks its decision making and planning processes which i’m not good at, at all!
This Autumn, I felt I should start exercising straight after Summer in order to keep my mind and body in balance, thus boosting my energy and metabolism. After my body adopted this new routine, it took me almost one month of consistent training, to finally feel great and regain my passion and vitality.
Whatever you do, do it with love and keep it real.
