Hello everybody! Tomorrow is “Clean Monday” in Greece which means that we leave behind all sinful attitudes and non-fasting foods. 😉 Clean Monday is a public holiday in Greece, so it’s a good chance for an extended weekend out of town or just a good reason to catch up with your friends. We traditionally eat delicious shellfish and other fasting food (I can’t wait), a special kind of azyme bread , baked only on that day, named “lagana” (Greek writing: λαγάνα) and the widespread custom of flying kites.
*well if you haven’t got a kite to fly just use your poncho 🙂

Have a great time fellows
